Refund / Return Policy

We want you to love what you order from Collect Olives, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

• Email us at collectolives@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue.
